We believe that all young people deserve a chance.
Our mission is to provide opportunities that encourage young people to realise what they can achieve.
We support 152 affiliated youth clubs in Essex, East London, Thurrock and Southend, where amazing volunteers are striving to provide positive and safe environments for more than 10,000 young people.
We deliver challenging sports and adventurous activities to foster young people's life skills and take them out of their comfort zone, bringing groups together from across our region to meet and understand on another.
We also work with schools and local youth agencies to provide early intervention for young people most at risk.

The Essex Jailbreak is a fundraising race against time, taking place on 21st April 2012.
Pre-registered teams of 4 will be locked inside the main gates of HM Prison Chelmsford, before 'escaping' to get as far away as possible. Teams must use just their wits, determinaton, some forward planning and plenty of charm to put the furthest distance between them and the prison in just 15 hours.
Teams pay £15 to enter and then raise as much sponsorship as they can for Essex Boys and Girls Clubs - the youth club support and adventure charity - and the charity of the team's choice.
